Supplemental yacht charters will be operated by licensed and bonded Charter providers that have been approved to provide service for Xtrordinair, that meet all US Coast Guard Requirements and other governmental requirements of the country under which they are flagged and must meet all customs requirements at each point of entry. In addition, the supplemental Charter providers must be recognized by rated agencies for their safety, training, and quality of service before consideration for any XcellentSeas© program operations or for any Xtrordinair member or non-member requesting on-demand charter services.
